Our team at MSB successfully completed this project, delivering approximately 250,000 sq.ft. of high-quality industrial and business units, along with all associated infrastructure, between January 2021 and December 2023. This development showcases our ability to meet clients’ timelines and deliver exceptional results.
The project included extensive groundworks and infrastructure, ensuring a robust foundation for the business park. We used Kingspan ‘Coldstore’ panels, allowing flexible internal spaces that can be quickly adapted to suit tenant needs, demonstrating our commitment to innovative and adaptable construction solutions.
